How should audition files be named?

I always name audition files according to the way the client named it on their request.  That way, they can find it easily.  Additionally I always slate each audition with my name.

I try to be consistent so that I can keep track of the auditions in my files.  The format I use is:

Source of the audition/Project Name/My Name/Date

Voices.com_ProjectNameAudition_DebbieIrwin_2011_07_21
