Yes, by patching the line outputs (Left/Right Main Out) to any 2 input channels on your master mixing desk. These can be line inputs or auxiliary inputs. Make certain that the left input is panned to the left and the right input is panned to the right. These inputs will then act as master faders for the slave mixing desk.
