Does anyone have any advice/resources for creating an Anime dubbing demo reel?

I'd really like to get into dubbing Anime, and I'd love to hear any ideas, resources, websites, companies, etc. that would be helpful!

Take any work that can be merge into a short sequence, and splice it together to form a short video.  Post it on You Tube.  When job's are posted send a link to the director.

Depending on where you live, you can take a dubbing workshop.  Most anime directors will insist that you have some experience and you really can learn all you need to know in a workshop.  There is some lingo and a few expectations that are good to know going in.  There are a few workshops in LA, and maybe NY.  Some folks run workshops during anime conventions.  Go to everythingvo.com, then to the VORG tab (Voice Over Resource Guide).  Even if there are no classes in your area, you can contact a teacher from LA and find out if they'll be offering anything on the road, or you may want to come to town for a while and get some training.
