What does it mean when a job is closed? No talent was hired?

If a job is closed, it means auditions are not being accepted anymore. If it becomes 'Finalizing', then a talent was asked to do the job, and if it becomes 'Working', then a talent was hired.

Usually, if a job is stopped without a talent being hired, it'll be changed to 'Completed' without any work actually taking place.
