What does "Working" mean under Job status?

When looking at jobs you've responded to, what does "WORKING" under Job Status mean? Does it mean they've picked yours and haven't awarded you yet? Does it mean they've picked someone else and just haven't closed it down yet?

Working indicates that a client has made a deposit for a voice talent on a project and that the voice talent has accepted the deposit and work has commenced on this project.

If you see this in your Hiring folder, then someone else has been awarded the job that you auditioned for. If you see this in your Awarded folder, then you are the person that was awarded the job.
