What can I do if the client uses my voice track in another project without my permission?

I recorded two TV spots for a client, in which I voice a distinctive Latino animated character.  Later, I find he has lifted those vocal tracks from the original two spots and used them in two more productions without my permission (and no pay).

What's the best course to follow in pursuing this matter?

Most of the projects on this site are non-union buyouts.  It is usually understood that the client has unlimited use of your voice after delivery.  If your contract was a union contract, they can approach the client for additional payment, but on a non-union job, without a contract specifying limited usage, they own the performance.
