what exactly does "working" mean as a status?

Does this mean they are working through applications, or that someone else has been awarded the position?

I am referring to when you see the word "working" in the status column when looking at a job you have answered.

'Working' means that someone has been selected, and is currently working on the job. When the client is still sorting through auditions, the status will be 'Closed'. When a voice talent is chosen, but hasn't accepted the job yet, the status will be 'Finalizing'.

Since there's still a chance the client may want to change talents while in the 'Working' status if something goes wrong, I always recommend not deleting any jobs until the status becomes 'Complete'.
