"Open" means still receiving auditions.  "Closed" means no longer taking auditions, but no offer made yet.  "Finalizing" means somebody other than you has been offered the job.  "Working" means someone else is working on the job.  "Completed" means the job has been recorded, delivered and paid.  When you book a job, you'll get an e-mail stating that a deposit has been made into your account and directing you to your "Awarded" folder, where you will need to "accept" the terms.  After that, you can upload files to the job and communicate directly with the client (you'll see their contact info under the "payments" tab in the job itself or you can communicate via "messages."
