Why does voices.com only allow MP3 format when sending auditions? Some clients ask for a different format.

Voices.com requires that you use a .mp3 when uploading your auditions because the Flash Player the the client uses to review your audition requires it.
When a client requests a specific audio format, that applies to the person that the job is awarded to, not people auditioning for the project. Once you are awarded a project, you can upload files in any format the client chooses.
