When listing clients, do I include the production co. who hired me or the company the spot is for?

When I list clients I have provided work for, do I only include the video/audio production company that hired me? Or is it OK to include the company, product or service that the commercial was about? For example, if XYZ Productions hires me to do a spot for Apple do I list XYZ or Apple as my client?

It's not unreasonable to list both in your client history. The more information you can provide as work history the more legitimate you appear as a voice artist. Anytime you get a chance to promote yourself you should do so.
Here's an example.
'2011 Smackle drinks campaign, voice of Dr. Smackle, produced by Gabajab Studios.'
As a caveat however, always make sure you respect your clients wishes. If a client wishes to remain private and does not wish to appear on your clients list, don't post that on your profile page.
