What's the SurePay Payment Schedule 2011?

When I click on the link to the SurePay Payment Schedule 2011 it leads me to a blank page. Does the original article exist somewhere else on Voices.com?

UPDATE: PayPal payments and checks will be issued every Friday. Delivery for checks normally takes 10-15 business days within North America.
