If the client requests extra work and offers to pay extra (after the job was awarded) how do I request the extra money?

Is there a way of using VOICES.COM to request the extra amount from the client? or does the client have to do something to send the extra amount that's been agreed?

Hi Lucy!

Just send in a request to support@voices.com with the title 'Additional Payment'. Include the job number and the amount of the additional payment (Don't forget to let us know if the amount includes or excludes the 10% Surepay fee.) and we'll be happy to add it to the project. Once we've added the payment to the project, all the client needs to do is log into their account, click on the job, select the payments tab and then click on the 'Make Payment' button.
