I'm looking to email a letter to possible clients in the attempt of gaining jobs in my country..

This isn't really a question, but if you feel that this is a great way to contact new clients you should go ahead and do it. Do make sure that the letter contains a link back to your profile page and that your profile page is up to date and has good demos for your client to listen to!
