how do I get endorsements in my profile

I'm trying to get endorsements from several individuals on my profile. How do you go about it? How are they submitted?

If you've done work prior to Voices.com and want to include a testimonial, you'll see a section in your profile for "testimonials."  You can copy and paste the information there.  To get information in the "feedback" section, you have to be awarded a job.  Upon completion, they will leave feedback for you (and you for them).  You can also copy and paste the best of these into the testimonial section.
