Hi Michael -
I took a moment to visit your site. I've been a voice-actor and coach for about 30 years. There are actually a number of jobs that are specifically seeking younger voices, so there is a market for you, but you need to take a few steps first. If you e-mail me, I will send you an article that I wrote about how to break into voice-over. It tells you what you need to do to make a demo and prepare for what's expected of you. In the meantime, be sure to spell check your work. You said you can copy what you "here," when you meant "hear." I'm terrible at editing my own stuff, so always have someone look over what you do before you post, to be sure you sound as professional as possible. Age doesn't define a professional, attitude does! If you present yourself as tentative or too casual (I don't need to check my spelling), clients will avoid you because they think you may be sloppy or unable to do what they want. Contact me through my website (www.deborahsalebutler.com) and I'll get you some info. No charge.
Good luck!
