How long does it take after payment is sent to show up in my PayPal account?

It should be instantaneous. Unless you are asking about the surepay system from voices.com in which case I don't know. But generally speaking weather a client has sent you funds from their paypal account or through echeck then you get notified (echeck funds don't get added until the transfer is complete which can take a few days.)
