Anyone else have this trouble...Why a thumbs up if you aren't going to hire me?

I rountinely get thumbs up on the status...Then I think hooray...I am going to finally get work. All of a sudden it goes to finalizing or working and it isn't for me. WHY bother with a thumbs up if you aren't going to hire me? Devastated and Confused...!!??!!

Hi Trip,

A lot of clients use the thumbs up symbol to narrow down to their finalists for the roles they are casting for. If they have 60 or 70 auditions, and they favorite the ones they like best, it's easy to find on their list of auditions. If you're getting thumbs up on your auditions, it generally means that you're in the top 5-10% of voice talent auditioning for that job. It's a good thing!
