How do you send completed work? Also how long does it usually take to finazlize terms?

I was recently awarded my first job, and im getting a little anxious. I want to deliver completed work, but the awarded job says it's still stuck on "finalzing terms" what does that mean anyways?

If you accepted the payment terms, it should have moved to "working."  If the job is stuck, call customer service and they can move it manually, then you can upload it to the "files" tab.
