How do I add additional information to the "Highlights" section?

I see that some talent webpages have a large "Highlights" area for information. How can I increase mine?

... you should be taken right to the edit profile page. The Highlights section is the very first space that you can add text to. Do make sure that you save after making any changes to your highlights.
