What's a fair rate for one A4 page of radio imaging?

according to Voices.com rate sheet,
Radio Station Promotion / Station Imaging     :05, 15 or :30     $200.00

Is that for one read, or one page, or one job?

Hello Robert,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Non-union voice over rates depend on the type of project, size, and location where it will be heard. Rates for local, regional, national and international audiences will vary depending on location. Typically this rate for Radio Station Promotion / Station Imaging (:05, 15 or :30     $200.00) is based on a per job basis. Of course this would be dependent on the word count, depending on the length of the work involved.
