For this site, it's more useful to post individual pieces, rather than a compilation demo.  If you have a single commercial done, post that and title it "Commercial," then tag the heck out of it and add lots of descriptions with more buzz words.  This will drive more auditions to your in box.  The more separate demo "bites" you have, the better.  Remember, you're looking for the computer do drive work to your inbox.  Most clients want a custom demo for the audition, so having appropriate, pre-recorded tracks for auditions is not as important.  Clients do search pages, based on keywords, so be sure whatever IS on your profile page sounds good, but don't worry about tying it all together.  Post them as you finish them!  Even a good, clean dry read (for narration work) can work - and it's quick and easy to do.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. While you do recommend having a demo before you start auditioning to job opportunities online, it's not required for you to do so.

Until then, listen to this podcast, "Preparing to Record a Commercial Voice Over Demo"
