How can I respond to a private invitation for a job I already auditioned for?

I received a private invitation today to audition for a job I auditioned for 2 days ago AND the audition has been reviewed (same job number). Is there a way to contact the client directly? The invite is a "no reply" email from voices.com.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Since you have already responded to the job posting and the client has reviewed your audition, there would be no need for you to resubmit your audition again. Thanks for your answer, received today, Jan 2. I emailed support on Dec. 27, same day I got the invite, asking for advice. Support's reply (2 days later) suggested the client might be confused about how to use the system. I emailed support same day, asking someone to reach out to the client (in case it was a potential gig for me). There was no followup. The question was never whether to audition again (as your response suggests) but how to handle a private invite for an audition already submitted. At any rate, looks like the job has been awarded elsewhere. A question on a different matter that  I submitted to support on Dec. 21 also remains unanswered.
