In the deleted file, auditions sent icon appears, what does this mean

I deleted jobs that had working, completed, or finalized tags.  I  have green check marks that mean they were listened to, but some have the arrow icon that means audition was sent.  What does that mean?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is new feature. It is a new icon that appears only in the deleted folder that lets you know this was a job posting that they sent a reply to. If it doesn't have a green check-mark it means the audition was sent but not yet reviewed.
