Question

How do I upload a photo for my profile? I have the right page up, browsed and found the photo I wanted to use, and clicked save changes, but the photo doesn't save to my profile. I don't see any other click options but Save Changes and Cancel. My photo is a .jpg, 180x180, and 30.5kb. What am I missing?

Hello Rebecca,

There was a recent bug with uploading your photo to your Voices.com profile but this has no been resolved. Please try to upload your photo again and let us know if you are experiencing any issues afterwards. Uploading an Image

To upload your picture, the image needs to be saved to your computer as a .gif., .jpeg or .jpg file. Squared images look best. We recommend a maximum of 300 x 300 pixels.

1. Once logged in to your account, click Profile. Hover your mouse over the placeholder image. Click on the words "Change"

2. Browse your computer for your image file. Select it. Click open.

3. Click the Save Changes button.

The file should now appear on your profile. If it does not load, you may need to change the file format or you may need to size down your image in order for it to upload properly.
