Potential clients ask the same questions, so I may need to list my rates on my web page. Thanks.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Non-union voice over rates depend on the type of project, size, and location where it will be heard. Rates for local, regional, national and international audiences will vary depending on location. It's recommended to post your rates on your personal website so that clients have an understanding as to what you would charge for specific jobs. Personally, I believe the more information you can offer to someone checking out your website, the better!
