VoiceMatch is a recommendation engine. It is the name for what we've been doing all along, matching up talent profiles with job postings! Voice talent are able to see their individual VoiceMatch scores on a job per job basis before they audition. VoiceMatch scores help talent gauge how qualified they are for the opportunities they receive.

How does VoiceMatch work?
-The VoiceMatch score is out of 100 and puts a numerical value on the talent's direct match to a job posting.
-The scores are based on profile settings and demo tags. The more settings that match the job requirements the higher the VoiceMatch score.
