I've been winging it for about a year now, sporadically, and am just now seriously taking up voice-over work pretty much full-time. Going mostly on intuition, and biased by my own hopes and personal perspectives, I'm wondering what weak points I may have. I'd really like to get some input from an impartial outside observer.

Should I partnering with someone who has a radio station an is willing to teach me while I still produce product?

I'm trying to eventually set up my home studio but this is all new to me. I was referred to this person and he suggested this partnering idea. He also has a portable rig that he would teach me how to use.
What do you think?
