1. Represent Voices.com when working with current and potential customers by providing, either by phone, through correspondence or via email, accurate explanations on billing, rates and services offered. Handle all matters related to software upgrades, website performance, feature requests and other information. 2. Receive, analyze and process customers' adjustment requests by following the established procedures and by obtaining the required approvals in order to ensure accurate billing. 3. Check customers' satisfaction by calling or interacting with customers in order to ensure they receive excellent service from Voices.com. 4. Promote the sale of Voices.com products and services by presenting their key features and benefits to people and by motivating them to buy or use our products and services. 5. Answer, handle and analyze calls from customers who report problems and create support cases so as to ensure fast settlement. 6. Receive, edit and approve all job postings for voice-over work. Verify customer contact information and confirm project details to ensure the authenticity of the project. 7. Enquire about the reasons that motivate a customer to post jobs with Voices.com in order to find out whether this customer is unsatisfied and if so, attempt to solve the problem and keep the customer; submit a report to the online. 8. Create and update users' records by entering data in the web-based computer system to ensure accurate billing and to provide access to the data allowing for proper management of Voices.com.
