Posting a job at Voices.com is simple. We’ve given you the tips and tools you need to get your message out there in style and in a language professional voice talent love to hear! Posting a job will allow you to receive MP3 voice-over demos and price quotes from a variety of voice-over professionals. It is quick and easy to do. Our job posting service is free and yields fantastic results.
To post a job, login to your account and click on any of the orange Post Your Job buttons. If you are not logged into an account when you click on one of these buttons you'll be prompted to either Login to your account or create your account.
If you need a voice-over recorded and want to receive the greatest number of responses then posting a Public Job is the way to go! Once you have completed the job posting form with the necessary details, your job will be placed in queue to be reviewed and approved by our team. Complete all fields on the job posting form in order to receive accurate quotes and the best quality auditions from voice talent. Once approved, all eligible voice talent will be notified by email of your job opportunity and are encouraged to submit a voice-over demo, proposal and quote for your consideration.
Your job will be reviewed by one of our staff members and you will receive an email either requesting clarification of information or notifying you of your job being approved and posted onto the site. Since your job posting will receive responses quickly, you will want to login to your account regularly to review the demos.
Simply put, Voices.com is a family-friendly environment. We don't approve jobs that we wouldn't want our kids (or mother or father) seeing. This includes jobs taht contain profanity, sexually explicit material, racist content, scripts that are slanderous or intend ill will. Out of respect for the time of the professional talent featured on Voices.com, we've set a minimum threshold that every job must meet in order to be approved to the marketplace. The minimum budget range for a public job posting is $100 per talent, per job.
Please complete all of the fields. Generally speaking, the more information you can add to your job posting, the better. For quoting purposes, our members request that you provide as much information as possible regarding your company, the nature of your project, the length of the script (word count or finished running time), market size and what your company has budgeted for voice over work. Vocal direction and a sample script are also very helpful. If you do not require a custom read of your script, please note that in the script and details section of the posting.
