Thank you for your patience and feedback as we've taken Voices.com from one version to an entirely new website! You may have guessed that there have been some improvements that will change the way you use the site. Read the following information to learn more about how the all-new Voices.com can serve you and your business.

Home Page »

There's plenty to explore on the home page including a new search engine, new directory layout, a new Top 100 list called "Most Listens", a dedicated Community area and a reengineered SurePay service that is easier than ever. Take a look around and let us know by sending us your feedback.

Profiles »

Voice talent profiles now have 4 unique sections:

.: Feedback

Since many of you have such impressive resumes and also a growing portfolio of demos, separating the two only makes sense and gives you more room to shine. This is a gold mine of an opportunity for you to promote your voice and increase your relevancy in the search engines.

Voices.com Store »

You'll be able to sell products in the Voices.com Store as well as in your own store located within your Profile. You'll be able to promote your services, set your own prices, include your own ad copy and display product descriptions as well as product samples.

Products »

Did you know that you can sell products to clients directly from your profile? These products are presented individually to the buyers as ready-to-order and are purchasable immediately online at your Voices.com store, facilitated by SurePay, the voice over industry's trusted escrow service.

Search Engine and Directory »

Anyone can search for voice talent by keyword using the search box at the top of every page on the entire site. The advanced search includes updated fields including unions, voice ages, languages, voice overs by category and more. The Directory has also received an overhaul with new graphics, modification to the labeling of some categories, and expanded the voice over professional's reach with more exciting opportunities to market your voice.

Jobs »

We've simplified the language used on the site to benefit those who are new to Voices.com, replacing "Leads" with the more accessible "Jobs". We've also made improvements by modifying the job statuses to indicate what stage a job is at with "Hiring Open", "Finalizing Terms", and "Working". "Answered" and "Deleted" jobs are also archived for you in this freshly minted interface.

Auditioning »

Many great improvements for you here! We've streamlined the auditioning process, including upgrades to templates for easier submissions and have also made it more direct for clients to communicate with you and hire you through the Voices.com site from your profile and your auditions.

Finalizing Business Terms »

As with any business contract or arrangement, you will need to have a work agreement as well as a schedule for payment including the estimated delivery date. Now at Voices.com you'll be able to include work agreements when you are finalizing terms. Download a template here to work from.

Approval and Release of Payment »

Do you know what it's like wait on a client's approval or payment? We've developed a couple of ways for you to gently nudge or prompt your client to approve files that you've uploaded to the Voices.com site and also send courteous reminders to release payments that are being held securely in escrow.
