A dialogue between two women which will be the open for a PSA Non-Profit organization MMA, Mercy Medical Airlift.

Woman-1 is the professional, compassionate, very understanding voice.

Woman-2 is the nervous, upset, very emotional voice.

phone rings...
Woman-1:
National Patient Travel Call Center, How may I help you?

Woman-2:
Oh, I'm so glad I reached you, I couldn't sleep. My husband was just diagnosed with advanced progressive prostrate cancer and I don't know what to do....(breaks down crying as she finishes this line)

Woman-1:
It's ok, I understand what you're going through, How can I help you, are you in need of assistance with air transportation to a specialist?

Woman-2:
Yes, we have an appointment with an oncologist but it's too far to drive and we can't afford to fly with all the medical bills we've incurred. Is there any assistance your organization could offer us?

Woman-1:
I'm sure we can, let me get some more information and I'll start working on this for you...ok?

Woman-2:
(very sincere)....Thank you so much.

Woman-1:
No problem at all...Could I please have your name and your husbands name?

Woman-2:
My name is Mary, and my husbands name is Bill.
