Job Description

I am a DJ and I need an intro showcasing some of my musical samples fading in and out and some one speaking of my achievements on the top -- I am looking for creativity (May be doing this as a movie commercial?) I am open to ideas. I will need the intro to be about 30 seconds with at least 5 music samples (5 seconds each) in the finished project.
