Job Description

We are looking for several voice-over roles for a 3-5 minute non-union, non-broadcast marketing video for an upscale beach housing development.

The principal part has a pay rate of $550 and should be:
-a male or female, approximately 45-55 years old, to be the principal narrator. Specifically, the voice should be rich, smooth, and flowing. We're looking for someone with a great "soft sell" type of voice. The pay rate is a buyout of $550.

We are also looking for the following minor narration parts, which each have a pay rate of $250:
-male, in his 50's or 60's, educated, upper-middle class, fun-loving
-female, in her 50's or 60's, educated, upper-middle class, fun-loving
-male, in his late 30's to early 40's, educated, upper-middle class, fun-loving
-female, in her late 30's to early 40's, educated, upper-middle class, fun-loving
