Job Description

I posted this job last week, and got several excellent reads, but the client is looking for a much younger voice and asked me to re-post. Here is her request:

The script is 550 words. The narration will be used on a promo video to be played at ski shows and used as a DVD giveaway. It will not be used for broadcast. Here are the first few lines:

The Coast Mountain Range, British Columbia, Canada.

Home to North America’s number one rated resort destination. Two side-by-side mountains with the greatest vertical rise, the most terrain and the best variety of ski and snowboard experiences anywhere in North America.

This is Whistler and Blackcomb.

You’d think the accolades would speak for themselves, but that’s where you’d be wrong. To really get this place…to really know what it means to be in these mountains…to really understand why people will do anything to get here…well…you have to be here.
