Job Description

We are looking for a female to portray a masseuse with a sultry Swedish accent. The accent should be identifiable, but not too thick or over the top. Acting is very important... we are trying to create "theatre of the mind". Use your imagination and have fun with the part.

This radio ad is for a New England based mortgage lender.

Script:

Customer: Oh, that feels good. Right there, yeah.

Masseuse: You have so many knots, Mr. Nelson. Have you been stressing out lately?

Customer: It's all financial, Olga. I need tuition money for the kids, my wife needs a new car... and our credit cards... I'm paying 18% interest!

Masseuse: (laughing) You don't need a masseuse. You need a lender. Have you ever refinanced your house, Mr. Nelson?

Customer: Around three years ago, why?

Masseuse: Well, it's probably worth a whole lot more now. Just refinance again, take out the cash you need, then pay off all your bills.

Customer: Yeah. Rates ARE still low, and I DO have a lot more equity in the house.

Masseuse: Call 1-800-East West. They just refinanced OUR house. We got a real low fixed-rate, AND they closed our loan in about two weeks.

Customer: You mean I'm just two weeks away from being stress free?

Masseuse: Uh huh. Until you get my bill...
