About Mepco:

Mepco Insurance Premium Financing specializes in providing loans and payment plans to businesses and consumers to allow them to pay their insurance and service contract premiums over time. We work with thousands of professional independent insurance agents, managing general agents, insurance companies and warranty providers across the U.S.

The Project:

Basic IVR/On Hold recordings

60 - 70 phrases. I Would prefer someone that has standard recordings available for purchase (months, days, numbers, letters, amounts etc) to read back caller account information. Phrases not written yet, but will be completed soon.

We require a friendly, helpful voice. Someone who doesn't "talk down" to the caller.
