Agent 13 gets home and finds a recorder when he turns it on:

"We have your sister. Relax and wait. We will contact you."

Then when A13 answer the phone:

"Listen carefully. Just follow my instructions and she won't be hurt. Meet me at 19445 ventura Blvd. across Motor Inn in 10 min."

There is a paid phone at this location. When it rings:

A13: "Who are you"
Voice: "Just call me John"
A13: "What do you want from me"
Voice: "I told you to relax."
A13: "Where is my sister?"
Voice: "You have to get 1 million dollars by 3 pm or we will kill her."
A13: "It's not possible to get this money in such a short time"
Voice: "You try. I will contact you soon. Bye"
A13: "Wait!"


Voice: "Listen. I want you to bring money to Northridge Mall. We will meet you on the second floor next to Sears at 2:45"

Voice: "Just leave your bag where you stayin right now and start heading to the exit. You will see your sister."
