Job Description

Our company is a For Sale By Owner real estate company. The focal point of our business is to give a homeowner all of the technology, resources and support to sell their home by owner through our website. Our website will have an online store where someone can purchase yard signs, flyer boxes, forms and/or bundled packages.

Our site is going live on February 5, 2007 and we want to create 3 informative podcasts, each lasting about 4 minutes.

Podcast subject:

PODCAST 1: UNDERSTANDING THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Since the majority of our clients will be completing the Purchase Agreement without a Realtor, we want to make sure they understand the form. This podcast will be an audio description of each section of the agreement. In addition to explaining the form, we also want to take the fear out of the process with a calming and reassuring voice personality.

PODCAST 2: GETTING YOUR HOME READY TO SELL

This podcast will give the Seller an idea of how a Buyer may see their home. It will talk about looking at the home from a different perspective, inside and out. This podcast will be informative but we also want the Seller to get excited about the selling process.

PODCAST 3: PACKAGE/PRODUCT PROMOTION

We offer 3 For Sale By Owner Packages. We want this podcast to talk about how this is the future of real estate. We also want to address the common fears of a Seller, talk about the advantages of our system and get them excited to get started.
