Job Description

Training modules are for a training website I'm creating to provide training to home business entrepreneurs. End users will range in age from 25 - 45 be mostly women or couples within the middle class economies. Target market is US and UK based.

Full of Character. Ability to handle a few "dry" topics in a way people don't feel it's "dry". Voice full of feeling and fluctuations. Energetic yet calm and articulate. Professional but not stuffy. Confident but not intimidating. The goal is to provide people with information in an engaging manner without intimidating them or putting them to sleep in a voice that is easy to listen to.


Project consists of 26 training modules that range in segments of 5 minutes to 30 minutes. However, 90% measure 20 minutes. Word counts can be provided if requested.

Welcome to Module 1 Topic 1: Legal Structure

This first segment of training is an essential topic to cover. Deciding and setting up your legal structure is an extremely important first step. Now don’t let this scare you. Setting up your legal structure can seem overwhelming however, it’s really very simple.

In this segment I’m going to cover items such as what it means to set up your legal structure, the different types of legal structures and the advantages of each. I’m also going to give you some information on where and how to set up your legal structure.
