I need a voice over recorded for my kids concert

I have a music bed , what i i need a voice to run under the music bed.

This is for a pitch to a company we are seeking to do their kids show in trinidad. the voice over needs to be confident, refined and experienced.

I need to hire someone who can read well and can sound happy and powerful at the same time which will be appealing to children and adults.

I'll need the voice-over recorded and delivered to me within 5 days of the response deadline
