NARRATOR
October 1986. In the middle of a civil war in El Salvador, another destructive force was unleashed. massive earthquake claimed the lives of over 1,500 people and left thousands more homeless and injured. The entire country was traumatized. Even the warring factions had to bow to the forces of nature. A truce was called to give El Salvador a chance to recuperate.


In this lull, as a nation mourned and struggled to rebuild, the minister of education asked Bob Hoskins if he could provide God’s Word for every student in that suffering nation. Only after saying ‘yes’ did we discover there were 986,000 students to be reached. What could we send that would engage children and young people?..
