Neutral English voice Samples required

Hi,
We are looking for voice over artists for our E-learning projects. For one of our online trainings & looking for an male / female Urgent Neutral English voice (No accent required) for this matching a 25 year to a 40 year person .

Length of the recording (if voice approved then it will be long term association, annually we go for approx 500 + A4 pages recording in a year). Rate offer is $15 to $20 per page (approx 350 words per page) 16 bit mono Wav or mp3 format is the desirable for us. Also we need audio files to be frame wise, some times synchronies to a time-code. Generally client wants a clear tone having instructional touch, some time it can be conversational too. Other then this they look for things consistent voice quality for a course of over 40-50 pages recording per scion. Enthusiastic but stable voice at a consistent pace so that listener didn't feel bore. let me know if you have any quarry/ issue.
