After a childhood spent in theater and on stage, Catherine attended Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois to study music theater and finance.

After college, she has continued her study of voice with private instruction and group classes including: speaking, singing, improvisation, acting, animation, and voice over.

She has had the pleasure of studying with Nancy Wolfson of BrainTracks Audio, Bob Bergen, James Alburger and Penny Abshire, Denver Center for the Performing Arts and Bill Howey.

Catherine's two favorite pastimes as a kid were being the banker/real estate guru playing Monopoly and performing. It didn’t matter if the performing was singing, performing dramatic acting or comedic acting, she just wanted to be in front of a crowd and be heard.

The scene was set. She followed this pattern her whole life by combining business with performing and her voice over career is the perfect combination of the two.
