With 25 years of experience in comedy & impressions (live, recorded, on-camera, and in radio), impressions and comedic character voice-overs are my specialty - from zany & wacky to dry and wry. Having made my living for more than 25 years as an impressionist, my celebrity voices run the gamut from politicians (JFK to George W.Bush and Barack Obama), actors (John Wayne and Henry Fonda to Arnold Schwarzenegger and Charles Nelson Reilly...yes, that's right...Charles Nelson Reilly), singers like Rod Stewart, Neil Diamond, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Barry Manilow, Johnny Cash, & Elvis Presley and TV stars (from Jack Benny and George Burns to Archie Bunker and Hank Hill & Friends from "King of the Hill". More than 100 impressions in all. At the same time, my natural speaking voice is deep, warm, comforting, and sincere - perfect for commercials, narrations, documentaries, phone systems, etc. Powerful, hard-hitting, and "voice-of-God" performances are also a specialty.

Experience
A quarter century of using my vocal abilities to make my living has allowed me to do so many things I love: live radio, stand-up comedy, radio and TV commercials, plus comedy writing and voice-overs for a nationally syndicated "radio prep service".
My background in comedy assists me with good "timing" and "delivery" when reading humorous scripts - be they wacky and zany, or dry and witty.
Having been hired to write and produce dozens of radio commercials assists me in reading copy from an advertiser's point of view. I thoroughly enjoy the creative process.

Honestly, my many years of experience in stand-up comedy, radio, and studio work has been my training. While I did take a commercial acting course in New York City, 99% of my training has been "on-the-job" during the past 25 years.

I always make every effort to get a recording perfect. If even one word is not quite right, I'd rather do another "take". I am more than happy - and most able to "fine-tune"any voice or read to meet a client's requirements. I always invite direction so as to get the exact “sound” desired.
