I worked with Mike this year on a major product launch training initiative for a nationally-known door hardware company. Mike provided the voices for three different e-learning courses within this initiative. He was able to provide three unique voices without much direction and with an amazing turn-around time. He was the voice of a retirement-age African American, a middle age Caucasian sales representative, and a younger Caucasian “worried” customer. His professionalism was top-knotch. He asked very good questions, followed up to ensure his audio files arrived and functioned appropriately, and he made any needed audio revisions within a 24-hr turn around. Initially, Mike was only contracted to provide one voice, but the end-client was so impressed with Mike, they requested his voice as the primary narrator throughout the largest course in the curriculum.
