I've formally trained in acting from an early age, and taken specialized voice-over classes.
I've worked for over seven years as an IT helpdesk technician, and have spent countless hours helping people through their technical issues via telephone. I've supplied the voice for video tutorials produced by the IT department, and for global telephone announcements.
In my personal life, I'm a voracious reader, and read to myself aloud whenever possible. I think this has given me a good "feel" for how text is best conveyed through the spoken word.
I'm also an avid video gamer, and am woefully aware of how much substandard voice quality there is to be found in many video games. I know what works and what doesn't!
