Bill Osborn founded !gnition in 2004 and incorporated as Training by Ignition in 2005 to launch business forward by designing and delivering high-powered technical training programs to companies worldwide. Training by Ignition provides a complete portfolio of educational services that will launch your training programs or take your existing programs to the next level.

With over 14 years of IT and data storage experience, Training by Ignition Founder and CEO, Bill Osborn is an accomplished speaker and trainer who has presented technical training worldwide. He began his technical career in the United States Air Force as a computer systems control specialist in satellite and microwave communications.

He joined Dot Hill Systems Corp. in 1995 where he was the manager of educational services. In that position, he created and presented data storage product training to Dot Hill staff, Sun Microsystems, Motorola Computer Group, UUNet and a variety of channel partners.

Bill has created and presented training courses for account executives, development engineers, applications and field engineers, and resellers worldwide. His training courses for Sun Microsystems were rated one of the top training courses by students. Bill is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and takes great pride in the production of quality training.
