Experience
Cecelia began speaking in public at a young age. She competed in and won several extracurricular contests as a teenager including those for private interview. Cecelia began working at WRLV-FM in Salyersville, Kentucky during high school. Her radio career spanned seven years and all day parts. During that time she not only hosted live shows, but wrote ad copy and produced commercials for several clients throughout the region. She has continued to be recruited as a live host for several events throughout the years including local pageants as well as radio ad production.
