Highlights

Deborah Sale Butler has spent the past 30 years voicing commercials, animation, corporate industrials and training modules. Deborah's bright, upbeat voice has been featured in direct marketing campaigns for CT Screening, Proflowers (for whom she also provides ongoing telephone, on-hold messaging), Turbotax and The Los Angeles Times.

With a smooth, professional, confident delivery, Deborah has worked for corporate clients like Marathon Ashland Petroleum and The Legal Resource Network. And her clean, friendly sound can be heard on educational projects, like the Masters in Education program for the University of California.

Her narration skills also landed her books-on-tape for children (through Scholastic Book Services) and adults, including Ann Lander's "Wake Up and Smell the Coffee" for Soundelux Audio and the "Harvard Health Textbook" for McGraw-Hill.

But as a dialect specialist and master of character voices, Deborah has played everything from ten-year-old boys (most notably, the character of Shute on 26 episodes of the animated series "SD Gundam Force" for Cartoon Network) to tough, edgy, military commanders in games like "Heavy Gear 2", the online prequil to "Halo" and the amime' series "Avenger." Deborah created dozens of characters, most with British Island dialects like South London, Royal British or Scottish (and one opera-singing Valkerie) for the online games "Everquest" and "World of Warcraft."

When asked to sing again, Deborah provided the speaking and singing voice for Wilma Flintstone in an online Fruity Pebbles campaign,"Bedrock Superstar." Deborah provided yet another voice match for Sigourney Weaver, in the game version of "Despereaux" for Universal, a Captain Janeway sound-alike for the "Star-Trek, The Next Generation" game for Spectrum Holobyte and, most recently, voice matched Helena Bonham-Carter for a trailer re-make. She can be heard on dozens of games for Bandai, Sega, Sony and Activision.
