GORDON GIBB

Highlights

Trust. Real. Smooth. Incredible range. Deep and rich, pleasant and believable with a great deal of warmth. Also powerful for hard sell, punchy reads. Recent clients include Casillero del Diablo Wines, 811 One-Call, Telus, and the Royal Winter Fair, Toronto. A Canadian male voice talent with a neutral accent, which means, well...no discernible accent. "I can't possibly say enough about Gordon," says one of his first clients, who collaborated with Gordon on what became a stunning video for the American Cancer Society. "Our project had many moving parts with extremely tight deadlines, and he proved again and again that he was able to provide zero resistance to our efforts. His delivery was excellent and required almost no redos. I would definitely work with him again" - Moki Goyal, Resolution Seven Studios, New York City All that, and a truly nice man. There is no ego here. Just ask his friends... Please include me in your list of 'favorites' for future reference

Credentials

Education

Someone once said to me, "...I'll take an honest person with a work ethic and the willingness to learn, over a university grad with a diploma and the expectation of a job..."

I have surrounded myself in life with people whom I respect and admire, from whom I seek wise counsel.

What I have learned is the importance of the relationship with the client. Working on an audio project together is an exercise in trust and shared commitment. Dedication to the task at hand, and working until the job is done right.

I may have a voice, a quality studio and decades of experience.

But my most important asset is the capacity for good, honest hard work without cutting corners.

Thus, the quality of the job and the satisfaction of the client are of utmost importance.

That's why I have outfitted my studio with some of the best equipment the industry has to offer, as you will see below. I consider it an investment in your ultimate satisfaction... Your project deserves nothing less.

Explosive Creativity Works

"I can’t possibly say enough about Gordon. Our project had many moving parts with extremely tight deadlines and he proved again and again that he was able to provide zero resistance to our efforts. His delivery was excellent and required almost no redos. I would most definitely work with him again." - Moki Goyal, Resolution Seven Studios, New York City

"We posted our Flash narration on a popular voice casting site and got 148 recorded auditions in response. Sixty were of good professional quality. We narrowed this down to five to forward the client, and both approvers there chose Gordon Gibb separately—his voice quality, diction, and style won in a very competitive group of auditions. We have since found Gordon to be a hard worker, highly professional, and someone that we count on for great results. We’ve awarded him a number of jobs. It’s a pleasure to work with him." - Alan Drummer, Navajo Company - Milpitas, California

"Gordon paid attention to the whole of the project. He's a rare find. His voice-over was in concert with the message as a complete, overall design. His voice became the lead melody line over the music as I had requested. Out of 165 auditioned VO artists, only four could understand this concept; that the music behind the voice-over is just not filler, its a piece of the whole. Gordon was the best by far, of the few. I’m looking forward to the next time we work together. It was a pleasure to work with him." - Gary DelPonte, Bottomfeeder LaBS Massachusetts, U.S.A.

You have become a valued member of our team!" - Ethel Coffman, Owner: Pinecreek Studio LLC, Iowa U.S.A.
